GradeMyBiz is an AI-powered website analysis tool that provides letter grades (A+ through F) and detailed reports for business websites. The free grade and summary are available to everyone. The full detailed report with actionable recommendations is available for purchase.
Acceptable Use
By using GradeMyBiz, you agree to:
- Submit only URLs you have a legitimate interest in analyzing (your own website, a client's site, a site you are evaluating)
- Not abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
- Not automate submissions or scrape our results
- Not use the service for competitor harassment or abuse
AI Disclaimer
Grades and reports are generated by artificial intelligence and represent an automated analysis of publicly available website content. Results may vary between analyses. GradeMyBiz is not a substitute for professional web development, SEO, accessibility, or security audits. Use our reports as a starting point, not as definitive professional advice.
Payment
Full detailed reports are available for $39 USD per audit, processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars. See our Refund Policy for details on our satisfaction guarantee.
Intellectual Property
Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use. You may share your letter grade publicly. GradeMyBiz branding, website content, and underlying technology remain the property of GradeMyBiz.
Limitation of Liability
GradeMyBiz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the grades or reports we provide. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GradeMyBiz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
